Here is a Jessica original recipe! This smoothie has a sweet and refreshing earthy taste. I really enjoyed this smoothie, and was delightfully surprised by the taste. I was worried about how it would turn out, but it will definitely be added to my morning regulars! It's a sweeter green smoothie, so definitely a good way to incorporate more into your diet if you are off-put by heavy vegetable tastes. This one is light, and still has a full serving of spinach in it. :) Enjoy!
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups Almond Milk
2 cups Baby Spinach
Half a Lemon Squeezed
A Small Handful of Whole Mint Leaves
