I have THE BIGGEST sweet tooth ever. I really love candy, chocolate, cakes, froyo, and all other sweet things. If I had my way I'd eat sweets all day long. However, this can't happen for obvious reasons. SO, I have two super sweet (naturally sweet ;) ) shakes that I just love for when I'm craving something delish.
Banana Milkshake
2-5 super ripe bananas ( more bananas for a thicker shake)
3-5 pitted medjool dates (decide how sweet you want your shake)
Almond Milk (you decide how creamy you want it)
**Cinnamon or Vanilla Extract if desired (I usually add both)
Blend it all together and enjoy. If you want your shake super cold, peel and freeze your bananas beforehand, but leave 1 banana unfrozen OR just put your bananas in the fridge for an hour or so beforehand.
Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup Shake
2-5 super ripe bananas
Scoop of Peanut Butter (or two :p )
Scoop of cocoa powder (or two...or three!)
Almond milk to thin out the shake
BLEND IT. DRINK IT. LOVE IT.
